BELGRADE (Serbia), June 21 (SeeNews) – Serbian share indices fell in sharply lower turnover on Tuesday, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) retreated 0.39% to 761.61 points after falling 0.67% on Monday.
The broader BELEXline slipped 0.32% to 1,409.34 after sliding 0.54% lower in the previous trading session.
The joint SRX index of the bourses in Belgrade and Vienna ticked down 0.18% to end at 289.20. The index picked up 0.31% on the first working day after the weekend.
BELEX total turnover fell to 186.9 million dinars ($2.69 million/1.87 million euro) from 891.7 million dinars on Monday when Coca Cola HBC-Srbija [BEL:CCHS] generated 860.6 million dinars of the combined total.
Losers outnumbered winners 21 to 10 as 23 companies closed flat.
In single-price auction trading, Coca Cola HBC-Srbija closed flat at 5,462 dinars in the session’s largest turnover of 84.5 million dinars.
Hotel Balkan also ended unchanged at 8,000 dinars in the second biggest turnover of 41 million dinars.
In regular trading, blue-chip soybean producer Sojaprotein [BEL:SJPT] edged up 0.08% to 1,250 dinars in the third largest turnover of 10.3 million dinars.
Blue chip AIK Banka [BEL:AIKB] paced the losers, dropping 9.03% to 1,300 dinars.
Blue chip Agrobanka [BEL:AGBN] led the advancers, closing 1.21% higher at 7,795 dinars.
