BELGRADE (Serbia), May 19 (SeeNews) - Serbian road construction company Nukleus raised its stake in building materials maker Granit Pescar [BEL:GRPE] to 90.63%, the latter said.

Nukleus bought 8,927 shares, or 6.91% of Granit Pescar's capital, at 200 dinars ($1.8/1.7euro) apiece, the company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.

As of May 16, Nukleus owned 117,002 of Granit Pescar's shares, the filing read.

Nukleus, founded in 1992, is solely owned by entrepreneur Vladimir Jevtic, according to the trade registry data.
