July 16 (SeeNews) - Serbian citizen Dragan Mostic has acquired a 22.18% stake in the capital of furniture manufacturer Vizor Enterijeri [BEL:VZEN], the company said on Tuesday.
Mostic purchased 24,699 Vizor Enterijeri shares on June 27, the furniture manufacturer said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

The shares were acquired from Serbian citizen Nemanja Ribic in a block deal on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, bourse data shows.
In January, Serbian company Beomaks Beograd acquired a 21.05% stake in the capital of Vizor Enterijeri by purchasing 23,450 shares in the company's capital, according to data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
Vizor Enterijeri last traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on June 4, when 401 of its shares changed hands at a price of 175 dinars ($1.67/1.49 euro) apiece, according to bourse data.
