July 20 (SeeNews) - Serbia's agriculture minister Branislav Nedimovic said the government at its next session within a week will lift a ban on wheat exports introduced to avert potential shortages caused by disruption of supply channels as a result of the war in Ukraine.
Speaking at a meeting with farmers on Tuesday, Nedimovic also said, as seen in a video file posted by public broadcaster RTS, that subsidies for milk producers could be raised.

Serbia introduced a ban on exports of wheat, flour, maize, and vegetable oil in mid-March amid concerns that Russia or Ukraine might halt exports of these products.
In May, it lifted the ban on flour exports.
