July 18 (SeeNews) - Belgrade airport operator Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] has said it completed a 282.5 million dinars ($2.8 million/2.4 million euro) non-cash capital increase, entirely subscribed by the Serbian government.
The company issued 470,904 ordinary shares at a nominal price of 600 dinars apiece, Aerodrom Nikola Tesla said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
Before the completion of the transaction, the capital of Aerodrom Nikola Tesla included 34,409,871 ordinary shares with a total value of 29.890 billion dinars, according to data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
Serbia's government, which owns a majority stake in the capital of Aerodrom Nikola Tesla, said earlier this year it signed a 25-year concession agreement for the operation of Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport with France's Vinci Airports.
Under the terms of the concession agreement, Vinci Airports will pay 417 million euro to the Serbian government and 84 million euro to the retail shareholders of Aerodrom Nikola Tesla for the concession plus an annual concession fee of between 4.4 million euro and 15.1 million euro, the government said.
