February 5 (SeeNews) - Serbia expects to sign an agreement for the privatisation of Komercijalna Banka [BEL:KMBN] within the next four weeks, finance minister Sinisa Mali said.
"There is no reason for the contract not to be signed within the next four weeks," Mali said in a video file posted on the website of Tanjug news agency on Tuesday.

Currently, the negotiation commission is doing its job and there are no problematic issues, Mali added
The finance ministry said in December it has received three binding bids in its tender for privatisation of Komercijalna Banka within the set deadline.
According to local media reports, the bids were placed by Serbia's AIK Banka [BEL:AIKB], Slovenia's largest lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR], and Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI).
