The transaction will include PKB subsidiaries Poljoprivredna Avijacija, EKO-LAB, PKB Agroekonomik and Veterinarska Stanica, according to the announcement.
There are Serbian and foreign investors interested in the privatisation of PKB, public broadcaster Radio Televizija Srbije (RTS) quoted agriculture minister Branislav Nedimovic as saying on Friday.
The future buyer of PKB should keep producing milk, which has a strategic importance for Serbia, Nedimovic said.
Belgrade city authorities decided in September to transfer the capital of PKB to the central government. In July, PKB delisted its shares from the Belgrade bourse, in order to reduce costs.
In December 2015, a public call for the sale of PKB was issued, with a starting price equal to 51% of the estimated value of the company's fixed assets, or 155 million euro ($164.9 million). However, no offer was submitted within the February 29, 2016 deadline.
PKB employs 1,622. The company's capital amounts to 51.2 billion dinars.
