March 27 (SeeNews) - Serbia’s infrastructure minister Goran Vesic said that the construction of the Surcin-New Belgrade high speed road will be completed on Friday.
“The last layer of asphalt is being laid on the final 450 metres, which will enable a fast connection between Zemun and New Belgrade with the Milos Veliki highway,” Vesic was quoted as saying in a press release on Sunday.
The new section of the Belgrade bypass road from Strazevica to Bubanj Potok will open for traffic on June 1, Vesic added.
