October 2 (SeeNews) - Serbia sold on Tuesday 17.3 billion dinars ($161 million/147 million euro) worth of seven-year Treasury notes, above its target of 7 billion dinars, the finance ministry said.
The average yield amounted to 3.4%, down from 4.37% achieved at the last auction held on June 4, when the government sold securities with a par value of 26.7 billion dinars of the 150 billion dinars issue, the finance ministry said in a statement.
The T-notes carry a coupon of 4.5% paid annually and will mature on January 11, 2026.
