November 25 (SeeNews) - Serbian energy minister Aleksandar Antic said on Wednesday the Balkan country has not been notified by Gazprom about possible disruptions in gas supplies.
Earlier in the day, international media reported that Gazprom was halting gas supplies to Ukraine.
Serbia has just one gas supply route - from Ukraine via Hungary.
State-owned gas monopoly Srbijagas is prepared for the upcoming season while the Banatski Dvor underground gas storage facility is fully stocked, Antic said in a statement.
In 2013, Serbia and Russia signed a 10-year agreement for the supply of 1.5 billion cu m of natural gas per year.
