The letters should include an indicative price, investment programme, business plan and the number of employees that the investor plans to keep, the economy ministry said.
Valjevska Pivara, wholly owned by the state, currently has 197 employees and the total value of its assets stood at 1.053 billion dinars ($10.4 million/8.8 million euro) at the end of last year.
The Serbian government became the sole owner of Valjevska Pivara through a debt-for-equity swap under a restructuring plan for the company at the end of 2010.
In April 2016, Valjevska Pivara started exports to the US market, while the launch of exports to Canada and Albania was announced in September 2016.
Valjevska Pivara produces the Valjevsko pivo and Eichinger brands.
