September 14 (SeeNews) - Serbia has received a single bid in its tender for the privatisation of agricultural company Poljoprivredna Korporacija Beograd (PKB), finance minister Sinisa Mali said without disclosing the name of the candidate.
Serbia aims to find a partner that would ensure the continuity of production at PKB and provide additional investments, Mali said in a statement on Thursday.

According to Serbian media reports, the sole bidder in the tender is UAE-based Al Dahra Agricultural Company.
Serbia launched the tender for the privatisation of PKB at a starting price of 104.6 million euro ($122.6 million) last month. The tender was open to legal entities mainly active in agriculture and trade in agricultural products.
The deadline for submitting bids expired on September 10.
