November 18 (SeeNews) - Serbia's tender for the sale of the 24.6% state-owned stake in synthetic texture filaments producer Dunav AD has failed to attract investor interest, the economy ministry said.
Тhe tender was declared unsuccessful on November 14 as no bids were submitted by the November 8 deadline, the economy ministry said in a statement on Friday.

The tender was opened on October 24 after the previous attempt to sell the state-owned stake failed in August.
The shareholding interest put up for sale is controlled by state-owned Akcionarski Fond Beograd and its price is estimated at 849,410 euro ($939,935).
Serbian company Simpl d.o.o. owns a 24.4% stake in the capital of Dunav AD, while holders of smaller stakes control a total of 51% among themselves.
