September 28 (SeeNews) - Serbia expects a foreign exchange inflow of 1.2 billion euro ($1.4 billion) from tourist services in 2017, and 1.5 billion euro over the next two years, trade and tourism minister Rasim Ljajic said.
Domestic and international investments into tourism are set to increase in order to improve Serbia's offer and the quality of services, Ljajic said, according to a government release published on Wednesday.
Ljajic said last month that Serbia expects to welcome three million tourists this year.
The number of tourists staying in Serbia rose by 13% to 2.75 million last year, data of the country's statistical office shows.
