July 22 (SeeNews) - Serbia has completed the construction of a cargo terminal worth 185 million dinars ($1.65 million/1.5 million euro) at the Batrovci border crossing with Croatia, the country's infrastructure ministry said on Friday.
The construction works are part of a project worth 684 million dinars for the border checkpoint's reconstruction and expansion, the ministry said in a press release. The project, due to be completed in 2017, is expected to ease traffic along pan-European Corridor X, which links western Europe with Greece over land.
The new cargo terminal features 28 parking spaces and a new 700-metre truck lane.
