March 13 (SeeNews) - Romanian investing platform for tech startups SeedBlink said that it launched a secondary market focused on pan-European tech-exclusive deals, also available to Bulgarian investors.
The launch comes after SeedBlink received the required licence under the Regulation on European Crowdfunding Service Providers (ECSPR), the company said in a statement last week.
Via the new market, retail investors, including those in Bulgaria, have access to early liquidity and additional investment opportunities offered by fellow retail investors across Europe.
According to the statement, clients of SeedBlink may at any moment electronically register interest in participating in the secondary market as a buyer or a seller.
“Bulgaria’s startup ecosystem is strengthening at an impressive speed in the past years. More promising tech startups are on the lookout for investments to help them put foot on the global stage. Now, our ECSPR license has helped us bring to life an early liquidity offering to Bulgarian retail investors to give them more flexibility when supporting the local ecosystem,” Angel Hadjiev, country manager Bulgaria at SeedBlink, said in the statement.
