June 2 (SeeNews) - Polish property investment company Scallier said that it has opened its fifth retail park in Romania and plans to make further investments in the country.
The company developed the 10,000 sq m park in the eastern city of Vaslui, it said in a press release on Thursday.
With the new park included, the total volume of retail space delivered by Scallier in Romania exceeds 40,000 sq m, the release further showed.
"So far, we have built, commercialised, and opened retail parks in Rosiorii de Vede, Focsani, Timisoara and Turda. After the retail park in Vaslui, it will be time for the opening of the facility in Mosnita, which is planned for autumn this year. We have already secured further locations and the construction of other facilities will soon start," said Wojciech Jurga, Managing Partner at Scallier.
Scallier is currently constructing a retail park with a surface of 8,500 sq m in Mosnita, near the western city of Timisoara, which is due for completion in the third quarter of the year.
Founded in 2011, Scallier is specialised in investment management in the sector of retail parks, strip malls, regional galleries, arcades and free-standing commercial facilities.
