January 15 (SeeNews) - Reinsurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] was the top blue-chip gainer in Monday’s trading session on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), bourse data indicated.
Sava Re closed 1.80% higher at 17.0 euro ($20.9) in a trading turnover of 66,280 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, added 0.49% to 828.24 points on Monday. During the previous trading session, the index closed 0.55% higher.
Total trading turnover on the LJSE fell to 1.2 million euro on Monday from to 2.4 million euro on Friday.
Fuel retailer Petrol [LJE:PETG] generated the day's largest turnover, of 370,900 euro.
Insurance company KD Group [LJE:KDHR] fell the most among blue chips, as it closed 28.57% lower at 5.5 euro.
