LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), November 15 (SeeNews) – Slovenian reinsurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] posted the biggest gains among the blue-chip companies on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Friday, recovering losses it suffered in the previous session, LJSE data showed.
Sava Re's shares closed at 17.4 euro, up 1.16%. On Thursday, the company closed at 17.2 euro, down 0.58%.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, closed at 880.68 points, up 0.41%.
Port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] fell the most among the blue chips. The company’s shares closed 1.67% lower at 23.5 euro.
Pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] contributed the largest portion of LJSE's trading turnover on Friday – 335,440 euro.
The bourse's total trading turnover rose to 804,160 euro ($885,100) from 599,940 euro on Thursday.
