LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), November 19 (SeeNews) – Slovenian reinsurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] posted the biggest gains among the blue-chip companies on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Tuesday, recovering losses it suffered in the previous session, LJSE data showed.
Sava Re's shares closed at 17.4 euro, up 1.75%. On Monday, the company closed 1.72% lower at 17.1 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, closed at 886.48 points, up 0.30%.
Port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] fell the most among the blue chips. The company’s shares closed 1.72% lower at 22.8 euro.
The bourse's total trading turnover rose to 23.3 million euro ($25.8 million) from 2.4 million euro on Monday, generated almost solely by pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG]. Trading in Krka shares added up to 22.8 million euro.
