SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), April 22 (SeeNews) – The operator of the Sarajevo Stock Exchange [SAJ:SBRZ] said on Wednesday it will pay a dividend of 29.5169 marka ($16.2/15 euro) per share for 2014.
The Sarajevo bourse, SASE, said in a statement it will distribute as dividend a total of 181,499 marka, or 50% of its net profit in 2014.
The decision was adopted by the company’s shareholders on April 16.
Turkey’s Borsa Istanbul is SASE’s biggest shareholder with a stake of 9.8878%. Nine local banks, brokerage companies and funds own stakes of 5.2366% each.
