September 21 (SeeNews) - The operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Sarajevo International Airport said it is seeking bids for the construction of a solar power plant at the airport.
The estimated value of the planned works on the solar power plant is 2.2 million marka ($1.2 million/1.1 million euro), the Sarajevo airport operator said in a tender announcement posted on Bosnia's e-Procurement portal on Wednesday.
The deadline for submitting offers is October 10, and the selection criterion will be the lowest price offered.
Passenger numbers at the Sarajevo International Airport decreased to 938,506 in the January-August period of 2023, compared with 987,662 passengers served in the like period a year earlier, according to latest data by the airport operator.
