May 31 (SeeNews) - The number of new dwellings sold in Bosnia's Federation fell by 9.4% year-on-year to 240 in the first quarter of this year, the entity's statistical office said.
The average sale price per square metre of new dwellings increased by 19.8% on the year to 2,487.8 marka ($1,356/1,272 euro), the statistical office said in a quarterly report.
The usable floor area of the new dwellings sold in the first three months of this year rose by 11.1% in comparison with the same period of 2022.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Serb Republic is the other one.
