September 6 (SeeNews) - The number of new dwellings sold in Bosnia's Federation fell by 0.9% year-on-year to 230 in the second quarter of this year, the entity's statistical office said.
The average sale price per square metre of new dwellings increased by 13.5% on the year to 2,479.60 marka ($1,359/1,268 euro), the statistical office said in a quarterly report.
The usable floor area of the new dwellings sold in the in the period from April to June fell by 12.6% in comparison with the same period of 2022.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Serb Republic is the other one.
