September 6 (SeeNews) - The number of new dwellings sold in Bosnia in the second quarter of 2023 rose by 7.5% year-on-year to 860 ones, the country's statistical office said.
The average sale price per square metre of the new sold dwellings increased by 5.1% on the year to 2,603 marka ($1,427/1,311 euro) in the period under review, Bosnia's statistical office said in a quarterly report.
The usable floor area of the new dwellings sold in the period from April to June rose by 10.5% in comparison with the same period of 2022.
