SOFIA (Bulgaria), May 12 (SeeNews) - Irish low-cost carrier Ryanair said on Friday it will launch a route from Plovdiv, Bulgaria's second largest city, to Frankfurt Hahn airport at the beginning of October.

The flight, which is part of the extended Plovdiv winter 2017 schedule, will be operated twice a week, Ryanair said in a statement.

In February Ryanair said it will launch a route from Plovdiv to Milan Bergamo and Brussels at the beginning of October.

The company is currently operating flights from Plovdiv to London Stansted.
