June 7 (SeeNews) - Russian businessman Sergey Samsonenko has acquired 2,469 shares in North Macedonian flour milling company Zito Polog [MSE:ZPOG], increasing his stake in the company to 19.86% from 15.4%, the company said.
Samsonenko currently owns 11,119 shares in Zito Polog, the company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Samsonenko acquired the 2,469 Zito Polog shares from local company AS Senjak uvoz-izvoz Selaudin Arifi. AS Senjak owns a 13.71% stake in Zito Polog after the transaction.
At the same time, local advertising company Lead Communications acquired a 11.46% stake in Zito Polog from private individual Zlatko Piruze, who does not own any shares in the company following the transaction.
Zito Polog shares last traded at an average price of 2,266 denars ($39.3/36.8 euro) on the stock exchange in Skopje on Tuesday.
