BUCHAREST (Romania), November 11 (SeeNews) - Romania's SIF Moldova [BSE:SIF2] said on Monday that it has repurchased 115,000 own shares in the period November 4-8 at an average price per share of 1.428 lei ($0.33/0.30 euro).

SIF Moldova paid a total of 164,214 lei for the repurchased shares, the company said in a bourse filing.

As at 14:10 CET on Monday, SIF Moldova shares traded 1.04% lower at 1.43 lei on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

SIF Moldova managed assets worth some 2.25 billion lei at the end of September, with most of its investments in the financial and energy sectors.
