December 29 (SeeNews) - Romania's hospitality holding company SIF Hoteluri [BSE:CAOR] said it has concluded a bilateral promise for the sale of a hotel for 2.1 million euro ($2.23 million) in the northern city of Baia Mare, Maramures county.
An advance in the amount of 310,000 euro was collected from a buyer whose identity remained undisclosed, SIF Hoteluri said in a report filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on Wednesday.

The remainder will be paid once the transaction is completed.
SIF Hoteluri is owned by Romanian investment fund SIF Banat-Crisana [BSE:SIF1]. The hospitality holding owns EuroHotel Timisoara, Eurohotel Baia Mare and Hotel Beta Cluj.
Last month, SIF Hoteluri concluded a transaction worth 11 million euro for the sale of its DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in the western city of Oradea.
SIF Hoteluri shares last traded up 7.62% at 2.26 lei as at 0923 CET on November 22 on the BVB.
SIF Banat-Crisana's shares traded flat at 2.47 lei by 0936 CET on Thursday.
