November 2 (SeeNews) - Romania's industrial producer prices grew by 4.3% on the year in September on the back of a strong rise in prices in mining and manufacturing, the statistical office, INS, said on Thursday.
In August, industrial producer prices increased by 4.1% year-on-year.
On a monthly comparison basis, industrial producer prices increased by 0.3% in September, INS said, citing provisional figures.
On the domestic market, industrial output prices increased by 3.3% year-on-year in September, while prices for the external market rose by 6.3%.
