"The decision to partner-up with Senior Software is a natural evolution for a relationship built over time between our companies. An important element in the decision is the mindset of both businesses, with a focus on developing and promoting their own software products, something that is becoming increasingly rare," HR Sincron general manager Mihai Stanca said.
The value of the acquisition was not disclosed.
The Sincron HR Software solution created by the two companies is a complete human resources platform, covering all activities, from budgeting to execution and data analysis.
"After 3 years in which we intersected in various joint projects, we decided to lay the foundations of a stronger partnership that will allow us to develop together," Senior Software CEO Daniel Toma said.
Established 18 years ago, Senior Software supplies integrated business management software solutions and has over 160 employees.
HR Sincron is a business started in 2007, which offers companies in Romania and North America an advanced human resources software platform, through which integrated flows from the main HR verticals are managed.
