BUCHAREST (Romania), July 4 (SeeNews) – Romanian retailer Selgros Cash&Carry, owned by Switzerland'sTransgourmet Holding, said on Wednesday it has named Robert Hellwagner as its new CEO.
Hellwagner will replace Alexandru Vlad, who now heads the board of directors of Selgros Cash & Carry Germany, Selgros said in a press release.
Hellwagner has over ten years of experience in FMCG and banking in Austria and Switzerland. He joined Selgros Romania in June last year.
Transgourmet Holding entered the Romanian market in 2001 and operates 23 stores across the country.
