January 27 (SeeNews) - Romanian self-adhesive labels manufacturer Rottaprint said on Thursday it plans to invest over 1 million euro ($1.13 million) this year.
The investment will go towards improving product quality and working conditions and supporting the digitisation of operations, Rottaprint said in a press release.
In 2021, the company invested 1.5 million euro in the development of its logistics infrastructure through the acquisition and renewal of equipment, in product optimisation and in minimising the impact of its activities on the environment.
The company posted a turnover of 26.2 million euro in 2021, up 5% on the year.
Established in 1991 in Apahida, Cluj county, Sunimprof Rottaprint is the largest flexographic printing house producing self-adhesive labels in Romania. It employs 280 - in four logistics centers - in Timisoara, Brasov, Ilfov, Pascani, and two logistics centres abroad - in Hungary and Germany.
