January 13 (SeeNews) - Romania's average net monthly wage fell by a real 0.8% year-on-year in November, after decreasing by 1.8% in October, the country's statistical office said on Thursday.
On a monthly comparison basis, the real net wage was 2.8% higher in November, the National Institute of Statistics (INS) said in a monthly labour market report.
In nominal terms, the average net monthly wage rose 6.9% on the year and was 2.8% higher on the month in November, to 3,645 lei ($837/ 737 euro).
The highest net average wage of 9,055 lei in November was registered in computer programming, consultancy and related activities, while the lowest, of 1,875 lei, was recorded in the hospitality sector.
