January 11 (SeeNews) - Romanian real estate developer One United Properties [BSE:ONE] said on Tuesday it is targeting 663 million lei ($152 million/134 million euro) net profit for 2022 and plans to make investments worth over 1.6 billion lei.
The company's 2022 budget was approved by the board of directors and will subsequently be subject to approval at an annual shareholders meeting on April 26, One United Properties said in a statement filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB.
One United expects 1.52 billion lei turnover and 1.2 billion lei in revenues from sale of residential property, it says in its 2022 budget plan.
The company posted a turnover of 627.7 million lei and a gross profit of 239.3 million lei in the nine months through September, its latest financial report showed.
One United Properties was founded in 2007 by Romanian entrepreneurs Victor Capitanu and Andrei Diaconescu.
In November, One United indirectly acquired 54.43% of local shopping centre Bucur Obor for 65 million lei.
Blue-chip One United shares were changing hands 5.39% higher at 1.3680 lei as at 1111CET on Tuesday.
