March 15 (SeeNews) - Romanian real estate developer One United Properties [BVB:ONE] said on Wednesday that it targets a net profit of 107.3 million euro ($113.6 million) in 2022, up 5% on the year.
The company also expects its gross turnover to rise 23% this year, to 290.2 million euro, it said in a press release.
Revenues from residential properties are expected to grow by 31% to 204.7 million euro, while rental revenues are projected to soar 114% to 33.2 million euro.
"Our focus for 2023 is to maintain our year-on-year increase in apartment sales while also growing revenues generated by the commercial segment, which has increased by 34,500 sqm with the recent delivery of the second phase of One Cotroceni Park," said Andrei Diaconescu, co-CEO of One United Properties.
Established in 2009, One United Properties is a green investor and developer of residential, commercial and office properties. The company currently owns a landbank of 106,000 sq m, with above-ground gross buildable area of 435,000 sq m.
Blue-chip One United Properties' shares traded 0.69% higher at 0.8760 lei ($0.18/0.17 euro) as of 1250 CET on Wednesday on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
