March 22 (SeeNews) - Romanian real estate developer Nusco Imobiliara said on Wednesday that it is investing 30 million euro ($32.3 million) in a residential compound in the capital Bucharest.
The compound, Nusco Homes, will comprise 121 villas and will be built in two phases, Nusco Imobiliara said in a press release.
The first phase, envisaging the construction of 52 villas, will be delivered in the second quarter of 2024, while the entire project is due for completion by the end of 2025.
Nusco Homes will be developed in northern Bucharest, on a land plot of 50,000 sq m, the release further showed.
The compound will also feature a park of over 2,000 sq m, playgrounds and sports areas.
Nusco Imobiliara is a developer with more than 25 years of experience on the Romanian market. The company was established by Italian entrepreneur Mario Felice Nusco and has thus far delivered some 1,800 apartments.
