November 6 (SeeNews) - Romania's retail sales grew 8.8% year-on-year in the nine months through September, seasonally and working-day adjusted data of the country’s statistical office showed on Monday.
In September alone, retail sales rose by an adjusted 12.9% on the year and were 0.5% higher on the month, the data indicated.
On an unadjusted comparison basis, retail sales rose 13.7% on the year in the first nine months of 2017.
Romania's retail sales increased by 13.5% last year.
