July 5 (SeeNews) - Romania's retail sales grew by 8.2% year-on- year in the five months through May, seasonally and working-day adjusted data from the country’s statistical office showed on Wednesday.
In May only, retail sales were up by an adjusted 12.3% on the year and by 4.4% on the month, the data indicated.
Romania's retail sales increased by 13.5% last year.
