March 18 (SeeNews) - Romanian online real-time monitoring platform for legislative decisions Issue Monitoring said on Thursday that it is extending its services in Moldova.
Issue Monitoring targets to offer its services in areas such as health, pharmaceuticals, energy, finance, banking and telecommunications areas in Moldova, it said in a press release.
"The expansion is part of the company's strategy for the current year, to become a player on the international market and to monitor legislation in the EU. In this first stage, we will provide monitoring services with our Romanian team through the current platform, but by the end of this year, we aim to provide a customized platform for each country. To this end, we have attracted 100,000 euro ($119,095) in EU funds," Issue Monitoring CEO and founder, Octavian Rusu, said.
Founded six years ago in Romania, Issue Monitoring has a local market share of 15%, with clients from 20 sectors such as banking, pharmaceuticals, retail and energy.
The company's turnover reached 1.2 million lei ($292,383/ 245,504 euro) in 2020, up 30% compared to the previous year.
The company's long-term vision is to become a public policy engagement platform, through which every citizen or company can get directly involved.
