May 31 (SeeNews) - Romania's industrial producer prices grew by 3.8% on the year in April due to strong rise of prices in mining and manufacturing, the statistical office, INS, said on Wednesday.
In March industrial producer prices increased by 3.9%.
On a monthly comparison basis, industrial producer prices edged down by 0.1% in April, after increasing by 0.3% in March, INS said citing provisional figures.
On the domestic market, industrial output prices increased by 2.9% in April year-on-year, while prices on the external market rose by 5.5%.
