July 25 (SeeNews) - Registrations of new commercial vehicles in Romania rose by an annual 5.3% to 11,752 in January-June, the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, said on Tuesday.
In June alone, new commercial vehicle registrations in Romania fell 13% to 1,586 units, ACEA said in a statement, citing provisional data.

Registrations of new light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes rose 21.2% on the year to 7,911 in the first six months of 2017.
Registrations of new heavy commercial vehicles of 16 tonnes and over decreased 17.5% on the year to 3,355 units during January-June.
New commercial vehicle registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, rose by 4.2% on the year to 1.22 million in the six months through June.
In 2016, the registrations of new commercial vehicles in Romania increased 19.3% to 23,066, relative to 2015.
