January 20 (SeeNews) - Romanian land surveying company Graphein said on Friday that it has received a private equity investment from Cascada Investments, a Romanian company active in the private capital solutions sector.
Graphein will use the funds to accelerate its expansion and the digitalisation of its operations, the company said in a press release.
The size of the investment was not disclosed.
The investment will also help the company's research and development efforts and the development of its partnership network, allowing it to reach national coverage and to explore other European markets.
"Over the next period, we will become leaders in implementing Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions on the Romanian market and be recognized as integrators of Building Information Modeling in the construction and infrastructure industries" said Eugen Ursu, CEO and co-founder of Graphein.
Cascada Investments is a Romanian provider of private capital solutions. It specialises in situations where banks, capital markets, venture capital and other local private equity cannot provide adequate financing options.
