August 14 (SeeNews) - Romania's construction output rose by 2% year-on-year in June, following a 2.6% rise in May, the country's statistical office, INS, said on Tuesday, citing working-day adjusted data.
On a seasonally adjusted monthly comparison basis, construction production fell by 0.8% in June, following a 2.9% rise in May, INS said in a statement.
On an unadjusted basis, Romania's June construction output rose by 14.6% on the month and was 0.9% higher on the year.
In the first six months of 2018, the volume of construction works decreased by an adjusted 0.1% on the year.
