February 12 (SeeNews) - Romanian IT company Bittnet Systems [BSE:BNET] said that it has extended the term of its 2.79 million lei ($639,000/585,000 euro) loan agreement with ProCredit Bank by three years.
Bittnet Systems and ProCredit Bank also agreed to transform the agreement from a revolving facility to a loan agreement with monthly repayments, Bittnet Systems said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The loan carries an annual interest of ROBOR3M+2.5%.
The revolving facility was previously due on February 13.
As at 14:20 CET on Wednesday, Bittnet Systems shares traded 0.46% higher at 1.085 lei on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
