November 25 (SeeNews) - Romanian IT group AROBS said that it has booked 38.2 million lei ($8 million/7.7 million euro) net profit, during the first nine months of 2022, compared to 28.8 million lei at the end of June.
AROBS compared the nine-month figures with results from the first six months of the year as five of its subsidiaries were not included in the group as of end-September 2021, it said in an unaudited financial report filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Thursday.
The subsidiaries, which AROBS acquired after December 2021, are Berg Software, AROBS Systems, AROBS Etoll Solutions, AROBS Engineering and Nordlogic Group.
AROBS Transilvania Software [BSE:AROBS], the group's parent company, contributed 99% to the net result of the group.
The group's turnover rose to 209 million lei at end-September from 126.7 million lei at end-June, as a result of the signing of new clients in the product supply area and the increased number of projects in the services area.
The operating revenue increased to 212.6 million lei in the referenced period, compared to 128.8 million lei at the end of June. The group's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation reached 54.9 million lei at the end of September from 36.7 million lei at end-June.
The group includes parent company AROBS Transilvania Software, and sixteen other subsidiaries. AROBS Transilvania Software is an IT company established in 1998 and headquartered in Cluj-Napoca. The company is focused on developing custom software for a range of industries.
Its shares traded flat at 0.86 lei as of 1255 CET on Friday, bourse data showed.
