October 14 (SeeNews) - Romania's industrial production fell by 6.7% year-on-year in August, following an annual fall of 6.4% in July, the national statistical office said on Monday, quoting seasonally and working day-adjusted figures.
Month-on-month, industrial output edged up by an adjusted 0.1% in July, following a 3.3% drop in July, INS said in a statement.
In January-August, Romania's industrial production posted a 1.9% seasonally and working day-adjusted annual decrease.
