BUCHAREST (Romania), November 15 (SeeNews) – New passenger car registrations in Romania rose 24.2% year-on-year to 110,331 during the first ten months of 2018, provisional data from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, indicated on Thursday.
In October alone, new passenger car registrations in Romania fell by 32.9% to 6,726 units, ACEA said in a statement.

Romanian car maker Dacia's sales in the EU increased by 13.4% year-on-year, reaching 435,571 units in the period January-October. Dacia's market share increased to 3.3% in the first ten months of the year compared to 3% in the same period of 2017.
New passenger car registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, increased by 1.6% year-on-year in January-October, reaching 13 million.
New passenger car registrations in Romania climbed 10.7% on the year to 105,083 in 2017.
