June 2 (SeeNews) - Romanian technology and engineering company Simtel Team [BVB:SMTL] said that it has appointed Mihai Tudor as the new CEO of the company.
Tudor has 20 years of executive experience and has previously worked for Orange Romania, a unit of France Telecom's Internet and mobile arm Orange, Simtel Team said in a report filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
The company's previous CEO and one of the company's co-founders, Iulian Nedea, will remain at Simtel as chairman of the board of directors.
Founded in 2010, Simtel is a Romanian engineering and technology company, headquartered in Bucharest. The company’s portfolio includes a broad range of clients, such as Telekom Romania, Fan Courier, Penny Market, or Kaufland.
Its shares traded 0.61% lower at 32.4 lei ($7.03/6.52 euro) as of 1141 CET on Friday on the Bucharest bourse.
