December 14 (SeeNews) - Romanian online beauty salon appointments startup Stailer said on Tuesday it plans to launch its consumer app in Hungary during the second quarter of 2022.
From January Stailer will start registering beauty salons in Budapest, it said in a press release.
As part of its local expansion strategy, Stailer also plans to grow in all Romanian cities by the end of 2022. In terms of user numbers, Stailer's goal is to reach a network of 1,000 salons and 5,000 stylists by the end of 2021.
The company also said it raised its third investment this year, worth 500,000 euro ($563,260) from an angel investor group following which it has reached a 10 million euro valuation.
"Accessing the investment will enable the continued expansion of the Stailer network in an accelerated manner and prepare performance metrics for raising the next round of seed investment. Our goal is to digitise the beauty industry in Central and Eastern Europe in a short time through a blitz scale strategy," Stailer CEO and co-founder Andrei Ursachi said.
Currently, the Stailer platform offers users access to over 900 hairdressing, haircuts, hair colouring, make-up, manicures and cosmetics salons in 22 cities in Romania.
